Wetsuit Warranty
Pinnacle Aquatics Inc warrants all workmanship to be free of defects for the lifetime of the suit. Any defects shall be repaired or replaced at the expense of and at the discretion of Pinnacle Aquatics Inc. All materials are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer.
Proper care and storage of Pinnacle equipment is essential to maintaining satisfactory performance and durability of the product. Failure to care for your Pinnacle product in accordance with its instructions will render the warranty null and void.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse, negligence, modifications, non-authorized alterations, commercial use, and normal wear. Except where prohibited by law, this is the sole warranty and excludes all others, either expressed or implied.
drySUIT WARRANTY
Pinnacle Aquatics Inc guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the drysuit (except neck & wrist seals*) will be free of defects in materials and/or craftsmanship under normal recreational scuba use for one year from date of purchase, provided proper care and maintenance are performed as described within the owner’s guide. Should your suit prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed in the limitations section below) it will be repaired or replaced (at Pinnacle Aquatics Inc discretion) free of charge excluding shipping and handling charges.
* Neck & wrist seals are covered for 90 days.
The boots on this drysuit are designed and produced in materials that will offer the maximum in user comfort and performance during diving and finning. Extensive walking on hard or abrasive surfaces will result in premature wear. Drysuits fitted with neoprene or latex drysocks are designed to be worn only with outer protective footwear. Walking without protective footwear will cause premature wear and is likely to cause puncturing to the sock. Damage to the sock caused by use without protective footwear is not covered under the terms of our warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
All correspondence concerning this warranty must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
